User Agreement

By using this website or submitting a reservation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the booking for every guest included in it.

Booking Your Stay

A booking is confirmed only after Grand Selim Resort issues a reservation confirmation. Please review the room category, arrival and departure dates, guest details, rate and booking reference shown in that confirmation.

Availability and room allocation remain subject to the inventory shown by the resort booking system at the time of confirmation.

Rates and Payment

Room rates are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) and are taken from the resort booking system. Any taxes, inclusions or additional charges applicable to a selected room or offer are shown during the booking flow or in the confirmation.

Online payments are processed through the payment channel presented during checkout. Grand Selim Resort does not ask guests to send card or mobile-wallet credentials by email.

Amendments and Cancellations

Date changes and cancellations are subject to availability and the published Refund Policy. Please contact the reservations team with the booking reference before requesting a change.

Proof of Reservation

Please keep the confirmation email or booking reference and present it when requested at check-in. A confirmation generated by the booking system is the record of the reservation.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for respectful conduct and for loss or damage caused by them or members of their party during the stay. Resort management may act where conduct threatens the safety, comfort or property of guests, staff or the resort.

Website Content

Grand Selim Resort works to keep room descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Live availability and the confirmed booking record take precedence if information changes after a page was published.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
